KAIROS Counseling is a private outpatient practice dedicated to supporting individuals and families across the lifespan in a compassionate, community-centered setting. Unlike traditional mental health clinics, we foster a warm, supportive environment where clinicians thrive through teamwork, training opportunities, and consistent encouragement from colleagues.

Our practice includes two service lines: Brighter Beginnings (children, teens, and families) and Beacon of Hope (adults 18+). We are currently seeking a full-time generalist clinician to join our growing Pocasset team.

Schedule

  • βœ“Flexible full-time scheduling
  • βœ“Mix of daytime and evening hours
  • βœ“Some weekend availability appreciated, not required

Caseload

  • βœ“Salaried with built-in caseload support
  • βœ“Referrals from our waitlist from day one
  • βœ“Build to 25 clients/week over 8–12 weeks
  • βœ“Children/teens (10+) and adults
  • βœ“Provide therapeutic services to children/teens and adults using evidence-based and relationally-focused approaches
  • βœ“Support parents and caregivers with strategies to strengthen family well-being
  • βœ“Adapt therapeutic approach based on developmental stage and client needs
  • βœ“Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive team environment
  • βœ“Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • βœ“Licensed or license-eligible clinician in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
  • βœ“Experience working with multiple age groups and diverse populations
  • βœ“Strong clinical skills across the lifespan β€” children/teens and adults
  • βœ“Collaborative, team-oriented approach to clinical practice
  • βœ“Scheduling flexibility to meet client needs
  • βœ“Master's degree preferred
  • βœ“Experience with play therapy a plus, but not required
