I specialize in working with children as young as early elementary school age, as well as adolescents, families, and adults. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, anger, ADHD, autism, school avoidance, risk assessment, and crisis intervention. I’m passionate about creating a safe and nurturing environment where young clients can thrive.
I believe in the therapeutic power of animals and their ability to help us stay mindful and appreciate each moment. This belief often influences my approach, incorporating elements of mindfulness and the healing presence of animals.
My goal is to help every client recognize their worth and find their passion. Whether I’m working with young children, guiding them through early developmental challenges, or supporting families in crisis, I am committed to making a positive impact on their lives and helping them achieve a healthy, successful future.
I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey towards healing and growth.
