This workshop is designed for anyone seeking to create more meaningful, peaceful connections with family during the holidays. Holidays can bring loved ones together, but they can also bring up old conflicts, difficult topics, and stress. In this interactive online workshop, you’ll learn practical tools to navigate challenging family dynamics with empathy and confidence.

Helen Malinowski, LICSW, SEP, is a seasoned therapist and the owner of Beacon of Hope Counseling, a somatic-informed group practice. With extensive experience in trauma-focused care and a deep understanding of family dynamics, Helen excels at facilitating conversations that bridge connection and understanding.


Her background includes years of supporting individuals and families in navigating complex interpersonal challenges, coupled with advanced training in somatic psychotherapy. Helen’s expertise in fostering safety, collaboration, and resilience makes her uniquely equipped to guide this event.
