The first step is asking for help! I am a licensed certified social worker (LCSW) with 15 years of experience helping people recover from substance use disorder and achieve mental wellness. I enjoy working with people ranging in age from early adolescence through later adulthood. My experience includes work in residential setting, groups and dual diagnosis. 

I believe that it is crucial to support my clients in holding themselves accountable for their own recovery and together we work towards your unique recovery goals. With a goal and a plan, anything is possible. While I am deeply rooted in solution focused therapy, I also implement a variety of tools to support you as you regain your balance and direction in life.
