About the Facilitator:

Lindsay Navickas is an Occupational Therapist with a deep commitment to supporting children and families through life’s challenges. With a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy she brings a rich background working with children in a variety of areas facing an array of needs, such as Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and more. Lindsay takes a trauma-informed, holistic approach, guiding children and families toward growth and resilience. At Brighter Beginnings, she is thrilled to integrate Occupational Therapy into our practice, fostering a compassionate, supportive space where every child and their family can thrive, whether through sensory integration, mental health support, or simply feeling understood and empowered.
