About Helen Malinowski, LICSW, SEP


Helen Malinowski is a licensed clinical social worker and somatic experiencing practitioner specializing in trauma-informed care. With a primary focus on Somatic Experiencing®, Helen is passionate about guiding clinicians to deepen their clinical skills, trust their intuition, and approach trauma work with greater confidence and clarity.


Helen creates a supportive environment where clinicians can explore the complexities of their work, develop embodied awareness, and refine their craft. Her facilitation emphasizes the integration of somatic practices, enabling clinicians to connect with the body’s innate wisdom and incorporate it into transformative therapeutic approaches.

4. Will this count toward supervision hours for licensure? Yes, supervision hours can count toward licensure. Out-of-state participants should verify eligibility with their licensing board.
